LONG TIMER'S PANEL - Anyone with 30 years or more of continuous sobriety is invited to take part in our Old Timer's - Long Timer's Panel Meeting on Saturday at 3pm.   Be sure to check the box found on your pre-registration form and come share with us what it takes to be a "Long Timer in AA"

GREETER - Help us welcome our guests and get them into the meetings quietly and on time.  This is a great way to get to know the fellowship.

RAFFLE - Sell Raffle tickets and get to meet and greet almost everyone.  Make enough sober contacts to last a whole year!

REGISTRATION - Help staff the registration table on Friday and/or Saturday and know that you will be granted immediate entry into Service Work Heaven.

SILENT AUCTION - Also a Friday and Saturday gig.  Get a good look at the "Auction Addicts" one of the most anonymous groups in our fellowship.

SET UP - LOAD IN & TEAR DOWN - Really the most thankless job of the weekend but the most appreciated.  This gets you a pass into Service Work Heaven even faster than the Registration

FLAGS - This one is alot of fun.  Help direct the Friday Flag Ceremony.   Let them wave.
